Mentoring program opens for applications
The National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) says applications are open for the latest round of mentoring programs for NSW, Victoria, SA, and for the first time will adopt a “virtual” program for Tasmania.
The program is designed to provide young professionals with a greater understanding of the challenges facing the insurance industry, along with a supportive environment that will motivate and inspire them to succeed.
Participants set goals to help them progress professionally and are required to attend three workshops and commit to connecting on a weekly basis, in person or over the phone, for the duration of the program.
NIBA has invited people to get in touch who are interested in participating either as a mentor or mentee.
