Doug Allen of AIS Insurance Brokers in Melbourne has won this year’s Frank Earl Memorial Scholarship.

Under the criteria of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) award, the scholarship is given to a NIBA member who demonstrates a strong career commitment and an interest in further developing their professional broking expertise.

The annual education award is dedicated to the memory of popular broker and long-serving NIBA board member Frank Earl, who died two years ago.

Mr Allen receives a full scholarship to complete his NIBA Graduate Diploma studies, valued at $10,000.

Pacific Premium Funding sponsors the award and GM Tasso Papachatgis paid tribute to the memory of Frank Earl and the company’s commitment to further education.
