Melbourne-based insurance brokerage McKenzie Ross has appointed Luke Lalor as Operations Manager.

Mr Lalor spent the past 10 years at Allianz, serving as senior account manager, state distribution manager and, most recently, national underwriting manager, genesis and preferred partners. Before that he was an account manager at QBE for 12 years.

David Hendry has been appointed Commercial Manager, to oversee growth and maintain relationships with key clients and underwriters.

McKenzie Ross says it aims to double the size of its commercial division over the next five years.
