Claims specialist Willum Richards will discuss commercial hull claims settlements tomorrow at the Melbourne Marine Insurance Forum.

The presentation, called Constructive Total Confusion, will be held at the offices of lawyers Colin Biggers & Paisley, Level 23, 181 William Street, at 11am.

Mr Richards is a UK-qualified fellow of the Association of Average Adjusters with an extensive insurance management, marine and claims background, the organiser says.
