The finalists for this year’s Mansfield Awards for Claims Excellence will be revealed tomorrow, ahead of the winners’ ceremony on Thursday.

The awards, now in their fourth year, are named after the English Lord Chief Justice who introduced the concept of utmost good faith to the insurance process in 1766. They were founded and are organised by Insurance News and LMI Group.

Winners are calculated using official reports and surveys collated by LMI, with the results “weighted” so all insurers are viewed equally.

Finalists in the personal lines, SME property and casualty, corporate property and casualty, specialty, and Gold Mansfield categories will be revealed in a Breaking News alert tomorrow.
