Lumley Insurance has appointed Con Bakas as Regional Specialty Manager for Victoria.

He will oversee the engineering and construction, motor and marine teams, plus schemes and special broker arrangements.

Mr Bakas has spent the past 12 years with Chubb in Melbourne, most recently as southern region practice leader for executive protection and financial lines.
