A Lloyd’s group for young insurance professionals in Australia will hold its first seminar this Thursday.

The Lloyd’s Australia Development Group – for brokers, underwriters and claims personnel – is modelled on the success of various Lloyd’s and London market under-35s groups.

The first Australian event is in Sydney and is already booked out, with 80 people registered to attend.

Head of Lloyd’s in Australia Chris Mackinnon will speak on the topic “What is Lloyd’s?”
