The Lloyd’s Market Association will create an international professional indemnity interest group for underwriters, in response to members’ requests.

Members writing errors and omissions or professional indemnity/professional liability for non-US-domiciled risks are invited to nominate an underwriter to attend.

The association wants to hear what support it could provide to the sector. The group’s first meeting is likely to be held this month in London.
