LFI Group has appointed Bernadette Wood as Regional Sales Manager as the company continues to grow.

Lender Liberty Financial launched LFI, which specialises in credit insurance solutions including mortgage protection insurance, loan protection insurance and vehicle equity insurance, at the end of 2014.

GM Dean Cullen says the past 18 months have been spent building a network of authorised representatives.

“Now we want to offer the help and support those business partners need to really maximise the number of insurance transactions they write,” he said.

“While the provision of insurance solutions in the motor finance market is relatively mature, this is not the case for mortgage brokers.

“Bernadette… will be able to offer help, guidance and support around the benefits of selling insurance.”

Ms Wood has 14 years’ insurance industry experience. She joins LFI from Allianz.
