Sydney-based Jacqueline Haski has joined Moray & Agnew as a Partner in its insurance practice, bringing her paralegal team Amy Reyes and Karen Jackson.

Ms Haski comes from Wendy Blacker Lawyers and has years of litigation experience and provides technical and commercial advice to insurers and other authorities and insureds on claim related issues. In her new role, she will work closely with Special Counsel Caryn Ger and Partner Philip Lederman.

Ms Haski specialises in general liability, abuse, professional indemnity, medical malpractice and fraud claims, and also has expertise in indemnity advice and navigating multi-insurer arrangements, complex contractual and indemnity obligations between parties.
