Melbourne-based Kishan Dasan has been appointed Director of Strategic Growth, Construction and Natural Resources Australasia at Willis Towers Watson (WTW).

Mr Dasan was most recently Head of Construction Asia Pacific at AIG and worked on large Australian construction and mining projects.

WTW Head of Natural Resources for Australasia Matt Frost says the newly-created role is effectively a “joint venture” between the construction and natural resources teams, and the first appointment of its kind for WTW Australia.

Mr Frost said Mr Dasan would work across both teams to provide a seamless service to clients throughout the life of their projects and his experience would benefit clients across a growing part of the business.

“Kishan had a large energy and power portfolio within his remit at AIG. His knowledge of those clients and their pinch points, will enable us to better tailor our solutions to meet those particular needs."
