Kelly steps down from Government board
Former Insurance Council of Australia CEO Kerrie Kelly has stepped down from the Federal Government-appointed Financial Services Literacy Board.
Ms Kelly was appointed Director-General of the Association of British Insurers in November, taking up her new role in London last month.
The Financial Literacy Board is a non-statutory body that provides advice to the Government and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on financial literacy issues.
The 13-member board is appointed by Financial Services Minister Chris Bowen and meets quarterly.
