Jim Karafilis has joined Insurance House as GM Agency Division.

He left CGU earlier this year after 35 years in roles including director of retail distribution and Victorian state manager in the company’s Broker & Agent division.

Mr Karafilis will develop Insurance House’s authorised representative (AR) model, MD Wayne Hildebrand says.

“Jim’s all-round experience, and particularly his familiarity with ARs, will bring to Insurance House significant intellectual and managerial skills, which will assist attainment of our growth and strategic objectives,” he said.
