CGU has confirmed that its Victorian State Manager, Broker & Agent Division Jim Karafilis has left the company.

Mr Karafilis worked for CGU for 35 years.

He will be succeeded by former OAMPS broker Lisa Jeffery, who was appointed Tasmanian State Manager at CGU in February. Ms Jeffrey has 25 years’ experience in the broking sector.

National Manager Sales and Service, Broker & Agency Division, Andrew Beer told insuranceNEWS.com.au Mr Karafilis “made a significant contribution to CGU and played a key role in supporting the transition of our Victorian business as we combined our regional and metropolitan teams”.
