Building services provider Johns Lyng Group has appointed Madison Seymour to the newly created role of National Strategic Relationships Manager Insurance Brands. 

Ms Seymour will be responsible for driving new business across the group’s insurance brands divisions and overseeing strategic development across insurer, broker, and adjuster clients in Australia and New Zealand. 

She joined the group in 2021 as National Account Manager for the Steadfast network and has played an integral role in the growth and development of the portfolio, Johns Lyng said. 

“In addition to managing our largest broker network client, Madison has also been the strategic driver onboarding and managing the boutique, high-end insurance client, Steadfast Claims Solution, which has seen significant growth under her management.” 

Ms Seymour was previously Insurance News advertising manager before she joined Johns Lyng. 

Johns Lyng’s core insurance building and restoration services division accounts for almost 90% of group revenue and it has contracts with several insurers.
