Specialist insurance executive search firm Eliot Partnership has opened a sixth office in Sydney, led by Graeme Young who has relocated from New York.

Adding Sydney to Eliot’s existing hubs of Bermuda, London, New York, Singapore and Zurich will help meet increasing demand for top talent, Mr Young said.

“Our physical presence in Australia responds directly to the needs and desires of our clients to be on the ground locally,” he said.

Mr Young, who has worked in Sydney previously during a 30-year career, joined Eliot’s US team in 2019 to support the business’ expansion in the North American and Bermudian markets. He will now work with the firm's management team to bolster the business’ presence in Australia and New Zealand.

“I am thrilled to be returning home to Australia and delighted to be part of Eliot’s expansion that will cement the business’ position in Asia Pacific further,” Mr Young said.

Founder and Managing Partner Andrew Eliot said the further development of Asia Pacific was “an exciting step in our continued global growth”.
