Insurance House Advance has appointed Vadd Moeung to the new role of Development Manager as it looks to expand its team and the support capabilities offered to partners. 

Mr Moeung joins from Allianz SA where he has been managing and supporting brokers across Steadfast and Austbrokers for more than eight years. 

“We are very fortunate to have Vadd join with his dedication to customer service, strategic mindset and execution on plans a great addition to our IH Advance value proposition,” Insurance House Advance GM Melissa Starfield said. 

The development manager role involves supporting the team and AR partners with business plans, strategy meetings, growth opportunities and delivering Advance initiatives to the network.  

The network says the role is in addition to a new dedicated relationship model that Ms Starfield introduced last month.
