Adelaide authorised representative Lewis Milford was one of the big winners at Insurance Advisernet Australia’s recent national conference on the Gold Coast, taking out the coveted AR of the Year award.

Karenne Muston was also honoured as Employee of the Year and the Directors award was presented to broking veteran Robert Bodnar. Northern was named IAA’s “Region of the Year”.

Executive Chairman Ian Carr says IAA has dramatically increased its network over the past 15 years, growing to include 160 practices in Australia and NZ writing more than $300 million in premiums.

He says the secret to the company’s success is “good old-fashioned hard work”.

IAA has spent $50,000 on charitable donations in the past 12 months, benefitting Reach, Variety, Legacy, Kids Express and Beyond Blue.
