Industry challenges on menu at ANZIIF breakfast
The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance will hold its next general insurance breakfast seminar on December 4 in Sydney.
ANZIIF says speakers at the in-person event will discuss challenges and opportunities facing the industry.
Jared Orth, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority’s senior manager of general insurance code compliance, will deliver the keynote address, followed by a panel discussion on the potential impact of artificial intelligence.
Other speakers include Marsh Pacific chief claims officer Catherine Osborne, IAG EGM Tim Rafton and Steadfast director of AI and emerging technology Steven Tuften.
ANZIIF says the event, at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park, will be conducted under the Chatham House Rule to facilitate the sharing of ideas and information.
