Insurance & Care NSW (icare) Transformation GM Sara Kahlau has won CEO Magazine’s young executive of the year award.

Ms Kahlau led a customer experience design project after joining icare during its formation, and stepped into the transformation role in July.

The award is open to applicants aged 35 or younger, who must provide written responses to four questions.

Winners in more than 20 categories were announced at an event at Crown Melbourne.
