Nominations have opened for NSW state insurer icare’s fifth annual Care and Service Excellence (CASE) Awards.

The awards will be presented at the Sydney International Convention Centre on November 7. Two new categories have been added, recognising excellence in social impact and outstanding achievement and all-round commitment to delivering customer outcomes.

“The icare CASE Awards have provided a platform to recognise and celebrate the achievements of the many employees and organisations that every day support the people of NSW, often in very challenging and complex situations,” CEO and MD John Nagle said.
