Insurance & Care NSW (icare) will hold its annual Treasury Managed Fund (TMF) Risk Management Conference and TMF Awards for Excellence from September 5-6.

Speakers will include CSIRO Principal Scientist Stefan Hajkowicz, icare Foundation GM Amanda Keogh and Australian Council for International Development President Sam Mostyn.

This year’s conference theme is Sustainability: A Holistic Approach to Risk Management.

“The TMF awards and conference provide the opportunity to recognise safety innovation in the public sector and share knowledge so together we can improve the safety culture in NSW,” icare CEO Vivek Bhatia said.

“icare’s goal is to protect the safety and wellbeing of workers, and a primary way we achieve that is by supporting NSW Government agencies to further enhance workplace safety, build capability and tailored safety regimes, and be there when an accident does happen.”
