IAG’s company secretary Rebecca Farrell has resigned, with her position to be taken over by Sejil Mistry.

The insurer made the announcement last week.

Ms Farrell was appointed to the position mid-way through 2017. She was previously a vice-president, general counsel, and company secretary at Swiss company Amcor.
