Virginia Papaluca has been appointed as an additional Company Secretary at IAG, following the resignation of Sejil Mistry.

Sydney-based Ms Papaluca is an experienced company secretary, most recently spending three years as deputy company secretary at Ampol.

Peter Horton and Jane Bowd continue as company secretaries at IAG.
