Former CSR General Counsel Chris Bertuch has joined IAG as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary.

He spent 18 years with CSR, and previously with several Sydney law firms.

Mr Bertuch replaces Michael Cripps, who has returned to private practice in China after five years at IAG.
