IAG NZ Executive GM Human Resources Fiona Michel has received an internal promotion and will take up the role of Head of Group HR for IAG in Sydney on July 5.

Ms Michel has spent about 14 years working in HR operations within the NZ financial services industry.

Prior to joining IAG NZ in 2006, she spent 10 years with the Bank of New Zealand, rising to become of Head of Organisational Development. She previously worked in the IT sector, specialising in training and change management.
