The National Insurance Brokers Association and the Underwriting Agencies Council (UAC) expo in Melbourne this month will give brokers access to about 60 council members.

Former Hawthorn coach and player David Parkin will be guest speaker at a lunch following the event, at Crown Towers on May 23.

UAC GM William Legge told insuranceNEWS.com.au up to 350 brokers will attend the expo, which is open from 10am-noon and is free to all brokers.

Registration for the lunch is full, but brokers can join a waiting list by emailing seminars@nibacollege.com.au.

There is also a breakfast seminar for young professionals and a “happy hour” for UAC members on May 22.
