Claims management group Claim360 has appointed John Houston as its new Executive Manager, the first in a series of appointments to be announced in the coming months.

The former Hollard and Wesfarmers consultant has been appointed to the role after two years running his own consultancy business. Previously, Mr Houston was a procurement consultant with Hollard-backed Real Insurance and a strategic sourcing specialist with TAL.

He has also worked for CGU Insurance and IAG. He is to start with Claim360 this month and will be responsible for all operational and development activities for the joint venture.

Claim360 was formed in December last year when loss adjuster Cerno and Claim Central Holdings joined forces to combine adjusting with building and supplier management.
