Hollard Commercial Insurance (HCi) has introduced an online training program called Evolve in response to demand from its brokers, who want flexibility when undertaking courses.

The short training modules are delivered by insurance specialist law firm TurksLegal and can be accessed through the HCi web portal.

Each module runs for about 15 minutes, giving brokers the chance to refresh and update their knowledge on important topics like the Insurance Contracts Act, policy interpretation and an overview of litigation.

“We are always exploring ways to save our brokers time and that is precisely how the Evolve program came about,” HCi CEO Jack Joubert said.

“Our brokers indicated the need for an updated accredited training service that fits in with their schedule so we are delivering training which can be accessed at a time convenient for them.

“Given the large number of registrations within the first two days, it’s clear our brokers like the efficiency of the Evolve training which they can do at their own pace.

“We’re all very excited to offer yet more value to our broker network.”
