The Insurance Council of Australia (ICA) has appointed two new directors to its board, bringing the number of members to 12.

RAA Insurance CEO David Russell and Commonwealth Insurance MD Helen Troup were voted in at last week’s AGM in Sydney.

“David Russell and Helen Troup are highly regarded and experienced in the industry, and we look forward to their contributions to board discussions and deliberations,” ICA Chairman and President Andy Cornish said.
