National Transport Insurance (NTI) has appointed Frank Malvaso as its new National Manager Business Development.

Mr Malvaso was previously Broker Development Manager at Arthur J Gallagher in Melbourne, and prior to that was a national account manager with Wesfarmers Insurance.

Mr Malvaso has also worked as a commercial and heavy motor vehicle underwriter for Zurich Insurance.

He will take up his new role with NTI on July 6.
