HDI Global SE has appointed Nathan Jones to a newly created Property and Underwriting Manager role for its Western Region operations.  

Mr Jones joins the group following 13 years at Suncorp, where he served as a corporate property underwriter and senior technical specialist for its mining sector.  

He will be responsible for growing HDI Global’s mining portfolio in the region, working with Western Region Underwriting Manager David Gibbs and Australasian Mining Practice Leader Abishesh Chettiar.  

“It’s terrific we’ve been able to hire such an experienced Property and Mining Underwriting Manager in Perth,” Australasian Property Underwriting Manager Dale Graf said.  

“Together Nathan and David Gibbs in Western Australia and Abishesh Chettiar in our Brisbane office will grow and develop our Mining portfolio in the Western Region, which is a big focus for us over the coming years.”
