HDI Global has appointed Erika Gutierrez as Market Manager, Queensland, with the role involving strengthening and supporting long-term relationships with brokers and clients.

Ms Gutierrez has nearly 15 years’ experience in insurance, across broking, sales, claims and underwriting. Her expertise includes directing business growth, complex broking and claims matters and specialising in underwriting accident and health.

“Erika brings a strong network from her decade working in the industry and key skills in underwriting business development,” Regional Market Manager Australasia and ASEAN Willem van Wyk said.

“She is also known for her positive contribution to the insurance community and we are thrilled to welcome her to the team.”

Ms Gutierrez will be located in the HDI Global Brisbane office.
