HDI Global has recruited Natalie Storer as Claims Manager to enhance the group’s complex claim capabilities.

Ms Storer, who joins next month, was previously at QBE 386 syndicate, where she worked closely with HDI Global Regional Claims Manager David Lloyd.

“I recognised that we needed to strengthen our ability to manage complex claims where HDI was the lead and to ensure we fulfilled our obligations to the insured and the market,” Mr Lloyd said.

“Natalie will manage many of our large and/or complex claims across portfolios and also brings additional technical and operational competencies.”
