HDI Global Speciality has appointed two senior underwriters with professional indemnity expertise as the firm moves to broaden its product and service offering in the market.

Alexandra Fox-Slater joins HDI’s expanding professional lines team from Chubb and Luke Southwell from Zurich.

“Alexandra and Luke bring significant PI underwriting experience and commercial acumen to the business,” Head of Professional Lines Justin Klietz said. “They have a strong track record of success and our brokers and their clients will benefit from their customer-oriented approach.”

HDI says it has also launched a new PI primary policy wording in support of plans to enhance its existing product offering and capabilities in the region.
