HDI Global has appointed Joel Richards to the role of Marine Underwriting Manager, Southern Region. 

Melbourne-based Mr Richards spent more than six years at NTI, ending as National Strategic Underwriter Marine last month.  

HDI Manager Southern Region Stephen Jones says Mr Richards is "the consummate Corporate Marine specialist” and will support new recruits and careers at HDI. 

“He has established a strong market presence,” Mr Jones said. “Joel’s desire is to continue the strong marine momentum we have created in the region. Joel’s broader knowledge and understanding of the broker and client market will also be of tremendous benefit to our team locally”.
