Crawford-owned HBA Legal has launched a dedicated occupational health and safety (OH&S) service in Australia, covering all aspects of workplace safety and compliance laws.

The service will also provide expert legal representation in courts and tribunals, and strategic legal advice relating to claims and rehabilitation management.

Jamie McPherson, previously MD at legal and business services provider DWF Australia, has been appointed Partner of the new service.
