The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) says its new mentoring program is off to a strong start.

Members wanting one-on-one contact with senior industry experts over a three-month period have given the program an enthusiastic response, CEO Joan Fitzpatrick says. Offers from people willing to be mentors have also surpassed expectations.

It is the first time ANZIIF has offered the program. It has not announced a target number of participants. Mentors and mentees will be matched over coming weeks.
