Robert Moffat has joined GIO as EM for WA and NT Workers’ Compensation Claims. 

He was formerly manager of Allianz workers’ compensation unit in WA.

“Robert’s appointment is part of our ongoing strategy to build a national approach across the workers’ compensation portfolio,” EGM Statutory Claims Paul Smeaton said.

Mr Moffat will start the role next month, replacing temporary position-holder David Hutton, who will return to Newcastle as Senior Leader, NSW Managed Funds Tail Claims.
