GIO Workers’ Compensation has appointed Tim Allen as Underwriting Manager ACT/National Accounts.

He has previously worked in broking, risk management, injury and claims management in the workers’ compensation sector. He joins GIO from the Salvation Army, where he was occupational health and safety manager.

Mr Allen is based in Canberra and replaces Guy Stewart, who has become GIO Workers’ Compensation National Portfolio Underwriting Specialist, a new position.
