Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia has appointed Rajinder Singh as a non-executive director, replacing Jerome Upton who resigned from the board after eight years.

US-based Mr Singh has held the role of Chief Risk Officer of Global Mortgage Insurance for Genworth Financial since 2014.

He is also on the boards of India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation Private and Genworth Seguros de Credito a la Vivienda in Mexico.
