Gallagher Basset (GB) has appointed Ruth Wilden as its Organisational Development Specialist.  

She will work closely with GB Organisational Development Head Kelley Basset to provide a comprehensive review and improve GB’s approach to its corporate onboarding program, mentoring initiatives, and succession planning framework.   

Ms Wilden is a registered psychologist. She joins GB after nearly two years at Commonwealth Bank, where she served as a capability consultant and psychologist.
