Darrin Wright has been appointed Executive Director Personal Injury with third-party claims administrator Gallagher Bassett.

In the newly created role, he will drive product development, integrity and consistency across personal injury claims management and consultancy services.

Mr Wright previously consulted to Insurance & Care NSW, assisting with the design and delivery of its operating and service delivery models.

He was also director of agent performance at ReturnToWorkSA.

Australian MD John McNamara says the Adelaide-based role was created to ensure personal injury products and services evolve with clients.

“Darrin brings a wealth of experience from within the personal injury industry, which is complemented by significant risk management and general management experience,” he said.
