Claims manager Gallagher Bassett has appointed Nathan Pilgrim to the new position of CIO.

Mr Pilgrim was previously head of technology and operations at Sunsuper and has 15 years’ experience in senior leadership roles.

Gallagher Bassett says the new role “will be instrumental in delivering for our clients in the ever-developing area of technology”.
