Young financial services professionals are being urged to strut their stuff following this year’s launch of the Future Leaders Award.

The award, in its fifth year, is co-ordinated by the Investment and Financial Services Association (IFSA) together with Deloitte.

It challenges financial services professionals aged under 30 to think innovatively about ways to improve operations and investor experience in four key sector areas.

This year’s topics address the value of life insurance, measuring and comprehending risk, improving engagement with superannuation, and integrating environmental, social and governance factors into investment processes.
