COTA Insurance has named Leila Henderson and Wayne Lyons as board members following the departure of Deborah Fowler.

Ms Henderson is a business owner with experience in journalism and public relations, and Mr Lyons has worked with SMEs and large businesses in sales, marketing and general management.

COTA Insurance works with underwriting agency partners to develop personal insurance products aimed at the retiree market.
