The Financial Ombudsman Service National Conference will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on Thursday October 30.

The event will follow a welcome dinner at the centre on October 29.

Presentations include the latest findings from the Edelman Trust Barometer, futurist Tim Longhurst on “expectations, trends and behaviours of the future consumer” and a panel discussion on the future of financial services.
