Forum set to share natural hazards research
Natural Hazards Research Australia (NHRA) has announced that it will host a three-day forum in May on the current and future outlook on disaster research.
The research group says the three-day event at RMIT University’s Melbourne campus will begin on May 1 and bring together government, industry and community representatives to share research on natural hazard risk.
Sessions on the centre’s current research programs will examine disaster prevention and resilience and will include contributions from RMIT University students.
Online access to presentations will also be available.
