Fleetsure has won the Sue Ronai Memorial Award for Excellence in Claims for the second year in a row.

Global Transport took second place while Chubb was awarded the bronze.

The award, presented by Austbrokers members in Victoria and Tasmania, recognises overall claims service. Sue Ronai was claims manager at Austbrokers Phillips when she passed away in 2007 after battling cancer.

“Continually delivering the highest level of claims service really is the goal of our business and recognition of all the hard work that goes on every day is very rewarding,” Fleetsure MD Sean Rafferty said.
