First come, first served for ACORD forum
The Association for Co-operative Operations Research and Development (ACORD) will hold its first Australia Implementation Forum on November 15 and 16.
Only 70 people can attend the free event at the Christie Conference Centre in Sydney, with registrations on a first-come, first-served basis.
The forum is for programmers, implementers and anyone interested in increasing efficiency through the ACORD standards and framework.
“We plan to go deep into programming issues,” ACORD Program Manager Alan Stitzer said. “It’s important everyone gets the latest information about what’s going on, what challenges people have run into and what they’ve done to resolve them.”
ACORD is an international standards development organisation that “unites insurers, reinsurers, brokers, agents, solution-providers and other interested parties from around the world to create open data standards for use by the industry”.
